We woke up earlier than I wake up for work to get a jump start on our day. Another quick breakfast at Cafe Rix and then we headed out for the day back to Epcot.

We took some time to tour the Festival Pavilion, which we almost never do. They have some nice merchandise and a variety of interesting lecture series.

Ultimately, though, we’re here for the food, the wine and the rides so we perused the shops and then headed out into the park.

We still had too many booths to get through to let some crowds stop us, though!

These afternoon siestas might have been my favorite part of this trip.

We made a quick trip to the outlets so Stephanie could do some shopping before heading towards the Polynesian for dinner. As we were entering the Magic Kingdom gates, the Wishes fireworks began off in the distance.

We didn’t have time to head to the beach at the Polynesian because we had dinner ressies at one of our favorite restaurants — ‘Ohana.

Between the heavy dinner and the long day, we were out like lights not long after we got back to the room. Late dinners might not be our thing. Or maybe it was the early mornings. Either way…I’m not even sure we even fell asleep. We just called it a day and passed out.
